The
remodeling of the Frank Norris Apartments, begun in November 2014 and
last written about on January 28, 2015, continues its glacial pace.
It's
been going on for so long that I began to wonder if, instead of a remodel,
it was actually an homage to the artist Christo:
Then,
suddenly and without any fanfare, a major milestone was recently reached: the
southern wall is now covered by scaffolding.
