NEIGHBORHOOD JOB CREATION – PART 3

Last month I wrote a couple blogs about neighborhood job creation that I’ve since had second thoughts about.

Almost all of the jobs featured in those blogs were from locally-owned neighborhood businesses, from new start-ups to long-established ones. The fact that they have jobs to offer is much better than having none.
