The
Rangoon Ruby restaurant at 1608 Polk Street has closed and moved to a new location.
This doesn't surprise me, as it never really seemed to catch on with people.
Hopefully it will do better in its new location as will it's sister restaurant, Ella's American Kitchen, opening soon.
